The Town of Hyde Park will be distributing free Covid-19 test kits on a first come, first served basis beginning tomorrow, December 23rd to Hyde Park residents. The very limited supply of test kits was provided by New York State and distributed through Dutchess County.
Proof of residency is required, with a limit of one kit per residence.
The test kits can be obtained at the Town Clerk's Office at Town Hall, 4383 Albany Post Road, during normal business hours, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. With the very short supply provided to the Town, kits will likely be exhausted quickly, and residents are encouraged to check the website for availability status prior to going to Town Hall.
Town Hall will be closed Friday, December 24th through Monday December 27th and reopen on Tuesday, December 28th.
Masks are required for entry into Town Hall independent of vaccination status and all residents are encouraged to follow all CDC Covid-19 recommendations.
