Current NYSDOH vaccine distribution guidance directs local health departments to prioritize:
In accordance with NYSDOH directives, 1,200 eligible individuals will be scheduled for vaccine appointments this week at the County's vaccination sites at JCPenney and Dover, including:
Appointments will be scheduled for 1,200 eligible individuals randomly selected from the current list of more than 53,000 people who have completed the Dutchess County Vaccination Information Request Form OR in coordination with essential worker employers.
NYSDOH will be distributing vaccine allocations to the following vaccine providers this week. More detailed information can be found on our website.
If you are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine and would like to be notified when a vaccination appointment at a DBCH POD vaccination site in Poughkeepsie or Dover is available for you, please complete the Dutchess County Vaccination Information Request Form.
PLEASE NOTE: You only need to complete this form ONCE. Your information will be saved week-to-week. If you make a mistake or need to update your information, please resubmit the form; only the most recent submission will be used when selecting individuals.
Vaccine supply remains very limited and it may be several weeks or months before you are notified of appointment availability as the selection process is randomized and computer-generated based on the County's current allocation amounts from NYSDOH.
Those without Internet access should call the Dutchess County Coronavirus Information Line at 845-486-3555, Option 1, to hear weekly vaccine updates.
As per New York State guidelines, those with specific co-morbidities have been added to the current vaccination distribution phase. Those individuals with one of the co-morbidities listed on our website are asked to get a note from their doctor or pharmacist attesting to their eligibility OR have their doctor or pharmacist fill out the County's COVID-19 Vaccine Eligibility Attestation Form and bring it with them to their vaccination appointment.
Dutchess County's Vaccine POD in Dover has been relocated from Dover Middle/High School to the CVS Plaza at 3081 Route 22 in Dover.
