[ARCHIVED] Notice of Public Hearing for Proposed Grass Maintenance Law

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Hyde Park Town Board has scheduled a public hearing on the adoption of Local Law No. G of 2018 entitled: “The Town of Hyde Park Grass Maintenance Law” for October 15, 2018 at 7:05 p.m. at the Hyde Park Town Hall, located at 4383 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park, New York. The purpose of said Local Law is to provide an expedited process for addressing and correcting violations of the New York State Property Maintenance Code with regard to maintenance of lawns. A copy of said Local Law is available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office during normal business hours and shall be posted on the Town’s official website. Any person desiring to be heard at said public hearing shall be given an opportunity to do so at the time of the hearing.
