[ARCHIVED] The Paul Tegtmeier Memorial Announcement

Paul Tegtmeirer Memorial

Because of the Covid-19 virus, the Paul Tegtmeier Memorial Committee decided it could not have its annual 9-11 ceremony this year.  The committee felt it could not enforce social distancing and we need to be responsible to our community.

One of our original committee members – Gary Siggelkow – has offered to ring the bell at the memorial site at the precise time that each of the towers fell (9:59 am & 10:28 am). Throughout the day, starting at 9:00 a.m. through 7:30 p.m. Committee Members will be at the Memorial to greet members of the surrounding communities as they pay their respects in honor of the victims who lost their lives on that horrific day. We will have carnations for people who would like to leave a flower at the memorial stone. Donations for flowers will be greatly appreciated.
