Due to the cautions surrounding the Corona Virus (COVID-19), all group gatherings are being suspended per The Dutchess County Department of Behavior and Community Health. Check back here as updates will be posted as needed.

Here are some things to keep our senior community physically and mentally active while maintaining safety and health!
As the weather gets nicer, try to get some fresh air and walk outside. This can be as simple as walking up and down your driveway, or perhaps take a drive to Vanderbilt Mansion where they have flat paved grounds. Make sure you practice social-distancing: Stay at least 6 feet away from other people.
