IMPORTANT TAX PAYMENT NOTICE
Dear Property Owner,
In order to continue our efforts to keep both the public and property owners safe during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Town of Hyde Park is strongly encouraging all tax payments to be made through either the US Postal Service or via the drop box at Town Hall, 4383 Albany Post Road (in rear of building, marked tax payments). Payments will be collected several times daily, with receipts sent promptly.
For those property owners who need an immediate receipt, an outdoor walk up window has been conveniently added to the tax office, where residents can make payments. All others should use the drop box or the mail.
in the event orders are given by New York State to close areas of public gatherings and businesses, residents are required to use the US Postal Service. If this were to happen (it has not as of now) this information would be posted under "Important Notices" on the Town website:
Thank you for your cooperation and wishing everyone a healthy and safe 2021.
