The Assessor’s office is responsible for the Fair and Equitable Valuation of all properties in the Town of Hyde Park, Exemption Administration, Sales Review and Tax Mapping.

A Message from the Assessor:

Our office is happy to assist you. If you have any questions or would like to review your parcel inventory, exemptions or assessment please call or stop in. Property owners do not need to wait until Grievance Day to ask for a review of their assessment. The records of assessments and inventory are open to the public.


The Assessor’s Office is open Mondays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. or by appointment in the evening. Please note are at times required to be out completing Field Work. Feel free to call and make an appointment or confirm we will be in when you stop by.
