Mission

To advise the Town Board and Planning Board of the Town of Hyde Park in the development, management, and protection of the natural resources of the Town of Hyde Park and to make recommendations on land development affecting the environment.

What's New

Climate Smart Community

The CAC is currently working with the town board to become a Climate Smart Community. The Climate Smart Community program is a municipal and community plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to adapt to a changing climate. For more information see the NYSDEC website.
